End-User Representative

 

Called on businesses like nursing homes, schools, prisons, hospitals and restaurants to secure the distribution of Land O’Lakes products by local and national foodservice products by creating demand for the product at the end-user level.

  • Managed a district of accounts in the Twin Cities areas
  • Responsible for new business development as well as expansion of the current client base
  • Wrote and accumulated sales orders that eventually were presented to the foodservice distributors in order for them to take on the products as LOL did not have their own distribution network

 

Main contribution:

  • As a result of Jim’s sales performance in all product categories, he was promoted to the District Sales Manager position. While in sales, his sales and marketing materials were incorporated into the entire company’s promotional material
  • Created sales and marketing material that was ultimately incorporated into the entire company’s ales force
